A Visit With The Farmer's Wife

I have a new obsession.  I'm enamored over the Farmer's Wife quilt blocks.  All 111 of them.  So much so, that I'm actually thinking of making a quilt out of them all and putting it in our next quilt guild show in March 2014.

Sigh,
Suzy

Hi Suzy,
I've got the book but am stumped on how to do them. Are you using the templates? Any suggestions? Yours look great!

Thanks so much, Doreen! I’m really excited about these blocks. They are so cute and I love playing with my Civil War repro fabric stash to pick out which fabrics I want for each block. P.S. You're set as "noreply" so I can't e-mail you directly. :o(

Good luck! I bought the book, but never made it any further when it said make all the templates. I wish they had rotary cutting directions. Have fun though, it is a beautiful quilt. Love your colors so far.

I started this and stopped after about 30 or so. I like to paper piece and I need to get the companion cd. Templates, ugh.
